How enquiries work

Prepare a brief

Include your municipality/province, property type, known event and the decision you need help with. Describe observations from a safe location. You can create a planning brief with the local tools and review it before adding it to the form. Do not enter the building just to complete the enquiry.

Only include information useful for a response. Leave out access codes, full policy documents, financial identifiers, tenant contact details and health records. This is a non-emergency service enquiry. If there is active fire or immediate danger, leave safely and call9-1-1.

What happens when you send

With affirmative service consent, your enquiry goes to the HAUSE Technologies team that operates the site. The team receives your contact information, enquiry details, optional brief and basic page/campaign information used to understand where the request came from. Internal notifications help the team review it.

If a suitable restoration provider is available, HAUSE may share your request with that provider to respond to your need. Provider identity, territory, scope, assessment terms and timing need separate confirmation. No referral fee, contractor price or insurer decision is established by the form.

Choose the next step knowingly

Before accepting work, establish the provider’s identity, qualifications appropriate to the task, insurance, written scope, exclusions and change process. Ask who is responsible for hazardous-material assessment, occupant access, contents handling and completion evidence. An introductory response is not permission to re-enter or operate affected equipment.

There is no registration or customer confirmation email from this form. A visible reference means the enquiry reached the team’s intake and internal notification process. Keep a copy of your brief and note the reference for follow-up.
